First thing first ,
What is TFP shooting ?
TFP stands for TIME FOR PRINT .
TFP shooting is a contract between a model and a photographer where there is no money payment involved before or after the photo session. Instead , they both take the photos from the session and use it in their portfolios!
It’s a win-win for both artists!
This is how I personally do TFP
(every photographer is different so don’t be shy to ask them questions! ) :
I work with any models.
As long as you are +18 years old , feel free to send me a email about your interest with TFP with me!
No experience necessary.
In fact If this is your first photo shoot ever I will make sure you receive a huuuge variety of photos to use !
If you are looking for simple head shots we will communicate through email or text . I will suggest a location and time and you tell me if it works with you. About a week after our photo session you will receive a copy of all the edited photos. We can use Dropbox or a USB. You can freely use these photos in your portfolio or social media. If you post them on social media please tag me & I will tag you!
If you are looking for a larger session. With different outfits and even locations we can meet in a coffee shop, park or anywhere we can talk in peace for a couple of minutes .
Now we will discuss our plan. You tell me what you want in your portfolio, and I will take notes.
I will give you a couple of locations & you choose one you like. If you have access to locations we can use feel free to tell me right away! Please make sure we have permission to use these locations!
We meet for our shoot at our location a bit earlier then our planned time to look around. Please wear flats during this time, and bring a bag for your outfits. If you wish to bring any props you think might work feel free to do so!
You will receive a copy of all the edited photos on Dropbox or USB . These you can freely use in your portfolio or social media!
